The Hagerstown Arts & Entertainment District selected 9 digital art designs to wrap traffic signal controller utility boxes. Entries were reviewed and selected by the Hagerstown Arts & Entertainment Public Art and Design Work Group. Selected designs are professionally, digitally printed on material rated to last five years and adhered to utility boxes owned by the City of Hagerstown and Maryland State Highway Administration.
